Huntington Beach repeals sex offender park ban

HUNTINGTON BEACH – After one lawsuit and threats of lawsuits from civil rights groups, Huntington Beach has joined the list of Orange County cities that have repealed an ordinance that bans registered sex offenders from entering parks without permission from the police chief. Full Article

Its a funny remark from the DA about having hands tied behind back and a gun held to the head… Its how most of us feel with those laws

Well, MS. McGrath, it’s not JUST the ACLU or CARSOL. The court of appeals and the state supreme court put paid to this law.
